This is an excellent option if you want your guests to see and interact with the DJ easily. Plus, it ensures that everyone on the dance floor will have equal access to the music.
- On A Stage
If you have a large venue or want to give your DJ a little more prominence, placing them on a stage is a great option. This also allows guests who might not be interested in dancing to enjoy the music from a distance still.
- In A Corner
Placing your DJ in a corner can be a good choice if you’re looking for a more low-key option. This allows guests to dance if they want to, but they can also easily step away from the action if they need a break.
The best place for your DJ will vary depending on the layout of your reception venue. But a good rule of thumb is to put them in a corner or against a wall. Why? That way, there’ll be out of the way but still have a good view of the action.
